Quatrefoils in the coving, quatre-foil frieze above, and cresting. No effigy or brass on the tombchest. - PLATE. Late C16 Cup with band of ornament, on later stem; late C16 Paten.

Layer de la Haye
St John the Baptist has undergone, presumably because of the earthquake, a brutal overhaul leaving a dull interior but an impressive tower.
